What We Do
WeBid2Win is a dealer-to-dealer vehicle appraisal and bidding platform. Canadian selling dealerships submit wholesale vehicles, and their connected wholesale buying dealers — typically Canadian export specialists — submit competitive appraisals. All of this happens in one streamlined, secure portal, with no middleman and no auction house involved.
The Platform supports the full appraisal workflow, including:
- VIN scanning and automatic vehicle decoding via the WeBid2Win iOS app;
- Window sticker retrieval from publicly available OEM lookup tools;
- Carfax link integration for vehicle history reference;
- Vehicle photo upload and gallery management;
- Auction transaction data reference for informed appraisals;
- CAD/USD exchange rate and target bid calculations;
- NHTSA recall checks; and
- Real-time bid tracking and status management.
Who We Serve
Selling Dealerships
Canadian dealerships with wholesale vehicle inventory — trade-ins, fleet vehicles, or stock they want to move quickly. Submit once and receive competitive bids from multiple connected buyers without chasing anyone individually.
Buying Dealerships
Wholesale and export dealers who purchase Canadian vehicles for resale in the US market. Buyers are typically Canadian-based dealers who specialize in cross-border wholesale. US-based dealers may also participate where they are able to handle pickup and payment directly and simply with the selling dealer.
Dealer Managers
Administrator-level users who oversee their team's appraisal activity, manage buyer seats, and configure exchange rates and target pricing.
Dealer Teams
Individual buyers within a dealership who each maintain their own secure appraisal queue while operating under their administrator's settings.
Why We Exist
The traditional wholesale vehicle process in the Canadian market has historically been inefficient, inconsistent, and heavily manual. Selling dealerships were calling buyers one at a time. Wholesale buyers were making appraisals with incomplete information, guessing at specs and condition. Deals were falling apart because of missing data, slow turnaround, or a lack of competitive pressure.
WeBid2Win was built to solve this. By giving both sides a structured, data-rich environment, we remove the friction, improve transparency, and let the vehicles speak for themselves through competitive, informed bidding.
Our Position in the Market
We do not take a position on pricing. We do not intervene in negotiations between dealers. We do not have a preferred buyer or seller. Our role is to give both sides the best possible information so they can make smart, confident decisions.
